I hereby give notice that the Parish Council meeting of Barrowby Parish Council will be held at the READING ROOM, Church Street, Barrowby on Monday 13th October at 7.00pm. All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder.
Public Forum: The Parish Council meeting will be preceded by a public forum commencing at 6.45pm, for which Councillors are asked to be present. Members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and District and County Councillors and the Police may also make reports. Members of the public and press are welcome to stay for the meeting but may not participate unless invited to do so by the Chairman.

To note the correspondence received from the Barrowby News on the 30th September 2025 regarding printing and distribution costs in relation to the increasing size of the parish. (Appendix B)

a. To note the Staffing Committee minutes from 29th September 2025 meeting (Appendix C) To consider options for increasing the grant for litter collection.
b. To note the Allotment Committee minutes from 29th September 2025 meeting (Appendix D)
c. To note the Burial Committee notes from 29th September 2025 meeting (Appendix E)
d. To note the Pavilion Committee minutes from 6th October 2025 meeting (Appendix F)
i. To consider restructure of Pavilion and Buildings and Assets committee.
ii. Resolve to approve fixed car park opening times of 9am-4pm Mon-Fri.

i. To consider the Agreement Between Barrowby Recreation and Green Space Group (RAGS) and Barrowby Parish Council (PC). (Appendix G)
ii. To resolve to approve the request for a community orchard to be planted on the Village Green.
iii. Resolve to approve plan to coppice Hazel shrubs around perimeter of Low field.
iv. To resolve to approve hedging and planting at Adamstyles
v. To resolve to approve hedging on the Village Green in front of the fence.
d. Crime: to receive a verbal update from Cllr Eaton regarding the Lincolnshire Police and Parish Council Briefing Session

a. To resolve to approve September bank reconciliations(Appendix I)

e. To resolve to approve payment for the Parish Poll from the Council’s General Reserves.

d. To consider and resolve a request for a memorial bench in memory of the late publican of the White Swan to be sited in the village.
12. COMBINED PARISH PARTNERSHIP (CPP) OF VILLAGES ALONG THE A1 CORRIDOR
Resolve to approve election of Cllr Eaton to CPP

To receive an update on the Neighbourhood Plan.
