NOTICE OF PARISH MEETING
[This is not a Parish Council meeting]
Venue: Barrowby Memorial Hall

Barrowby Parish Council invites all residents to a public consultation meeting to discuss:
AGENDA
1. Welcome and Introduction
[Presentation of the proposed developments]
2. Public Discussion (15 minutes)
Open forum for residents to express views on the proposed developments
3. Proposal for a Parish Poll
[Explanation of the process for requesting a Parish Poll]
4. Motions to Call for a Parish Poll
The following motions will be put forward for consideration:
- Should Barrowby Parish Council formally oppose the proposed development at Casthorpe Road
- Should Barrowby Parish Council formally support the proposed development at Casthorpe Road
- Should Barrowby Parish Council formally oppose the proposed development at Westry Corner/The Drift?
- Should Barrowby Parish Council formally support the proposed development at Westry Corner/The Drift?
- Should Barrowby Parish Council formally oppose the proposed development proposed development of the Land West of Grantham?
- Should Barrowby Parish Council formally support the proposed development proposed development of the Land West of Grantham?
5. Vote by Electors Present on whether to call a Poll (As per Local Government Act 1972)
[If at least 10 electors (or one-third of attendees, if fewer than 30) vote in favour, the motion will be carried, and a Parish Poll will be formally requested.]
