South Kesteven District Council (SKDC) is currently consulting on their Draft Local Plan. This includes major housing proposals for Barrowby:

SKPR-327 – Westry Corner / The Drift – 455 homes

SKPR-272 – Low Road – 270 homes
Total: 725 new homes proposed
SKDC intends to include SKPR-327 for development within the next 5 years. These developments will significantly change our village. Your views are vital to ensure local voices are heard.
