To receive declarations of Members’ interests in relation to agenda items and requests for dispensations.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
To RESOLVE to approve the Clerk’s minutes of the last meeting of the Finance Committee meeting held
On 9th July 2025. (Appendix A)
5. QUARTER TWO REPORT
To review the end of Quarter 1 finances for 2024/25 and to NOTE the end of September bank and savings account balances as of 30th October2025. (Appendix B, C, D & E)
6. APPROVAL OF CHANGES TO FINANCE COMMITTEE TERMS OF REFERENCE
To RESOLVE the amended wording to the committee’s terms of reference. (Appendix F)
7. REVIEW PROPOSED BUDEGT PROCESS FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 26/27
To NOTE process and timings for agreeing a parish budget for financial year 20026/27.
8. REVIEW PROPOSSED BUDGET FOR NON-COMMITTEE COST CENTRES.
To review and RESOLVE proposed budgets for those cost centres not covered by separate committees ahead of agreement by the full parish council.
