To receive declarations of Members’ interests in relation to agenda items and requests for dispensations.
5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
To RESOLVE to approve the Clerk’s minutes of the last meeting of the Finance Committee meeting held
On 15TH October 2025. (Appendix A)
6. TO REVIEW 1ST DRAFT OF PARISH COUNCIL BUDGET FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2026/27.
To review the RFO’s initial budget proposal. To highlight any amends required and identify any earmarked reserves. (Appendix B)
To RESOLVE to approve a draft budget to be taken to the December Parish council for confirmation
7. TO HIGHLIGHT ADDITIONAL AREAS OF CAPITAL EXPENDITURE TO INCLUDE IN 3 YEAR BUDGET FORECAST
